Boardroom is a media corporation for sports, entertainment and culture founded by Kevin Durant and Rich Kleiman. The company is not the first to cover the arts and culture but it hopes to do so in a way that makes its voice louder and more clear.

The name “boardroom” comes from the location where meetings are held for the board of directors of a company which is a group of individuals elected by shareholders to manage a corporation. A board of directors’ meeting is where they establish broad goals, help executive duties, and ensure that a business operates in accordance with the ethical standards and legal frameworks.

It is important to understand the distinction between a boardroom and a conference room as they serve different functions for companies. A boardroom is an official place where top-level decisions are made, while a meeting room is a more informal setting for collaboration.

A boardroom should have a table large enough to accommodate all members and be located in a place that promotes privacy. These rooms are usually protected from noise to ensure that the conversations stay private. Attendees are encouraged to wear professional attire and to mute their microphones during presentations so they don’t disturb active speakers in a way that is unnecessary. This will prevent attendees from checking their phones, sending emails or catching up on tasks that try this are due and it will help them remain focused on the topic of discussion. This will result in a more productive and fruitful meeting.
